Responsible for testing all incoming cell phones.
Tests all makes and models of incoming cell phones.
Responsible for test and classification of phones by using test software and creating appropriate labels.
Reset, clean, and box phones.
Load incoming phones from purchase orders into database using automated process.
Ability to sit for long periods of time.
Must be able to read and write in basic English to document testing procedures.
Must have basic PC /tablet skills to document all work conducted in accordance with the department policies in a timely and precise manner.
Must have good visual acuity to properly test & grade cell phones in accordance with department polices.
Should be able to hold & manipulate small hand tools as needed.
Fully trainable but must have:
Basic Computer skills.
Understand / read English.
Follow instructions.
Flexible with potential overtime when needed,1st shift-9am-5:
