Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, including customer service and staff management - Ensure high-quality food and beverage offerings are consistently delivered to customers - Train and supervise restaurant staff, including servers and bartenders - Create and implement effective strategies to maximize sales and profitability - Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed - Maintain a clean and safe working environment for both employees and customers - Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner - Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement marketing initiatives - Stay updated on industry trends and make recommendations for improvement
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager is preferred - Strong knowledge of food production, coffee preparation, and POS systems - Excellent leadership and team management skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction - Knowledge of hotel or catering operations is a plus - Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills We offer competitive pay based on experience.
